Frick Collection

The former residence of Pittsburgh coke and steel industrialist Henry Clay Frick, the Frick Collection contains superb Old Master paintings and impressive decorative arts holdings. The building, erected in 1913-14, was designed by Thomas Hastings in a style reminiscent of European domestic architecture of the 18th century. An ideal location for wedding receptions, corporate dinners, or anniversaries, the Frick can accommodate 500 for a cocktail reception and 200 for a seated dinner. All events happen from 7 p.m. to midnight.
