The Newspace

The Newspace, located in Chelsea, is a 4.000 square- foot, column free loft-like venue which features 25 ft. ceilings, clean modern design elements and white ash hardwood floors. Additionally, there is a 1,250 square-foot mezzanine area which includes a 750 square-foot outdoor patio.The Newspace can easily accommodate up to 350 guests for cocktails or 175 for a seated meal, and the ground floor service entrance which opens directly into the main room is large enough to accommodate most automobiles. The Newspace also offers an in-house state-of-the-art sound system as well as a 24 channel lighting package.
