So much effort goes into making a successful event. The space and decor, the lighting, the people, and, finally, the message. I love the challenge of telling that story in a way that makes the people who missed the event wish they hadn't.
Memorable Moments
One recent memorable event was watching Ashrita Furman shatter the Guinness World Record for the most knives caught in the air. It was at the New Yorker magazine annual New Yorker Festival, which I've had the fortune to photograph for the past five years.
