OLD: In 2010, Global Ventures partners Harvey Fung and John Hickey opened this facility in SoHo. Designed specifically for events, the 50,000-square-foot site sits inside a 19th century landmark building and offers exposed brick walls, hardwood flooring, and cast iron columns. Comprised of six spaces across two floors—four 10,000-square-foot areas and two 5,000-square-foot sections—82 Mercer includes sound, lighting, and WiFi in the rental.
