OLD: This outpost of Waxy’s opened on the Miami River in 2009 on the ground floor of the residential building, Neo Vertika. The 7,000-square-foot Irish pub and restaurant seats 222. A 64-foot chocolate-colored bar seats 40 and serves as the venue’s centerpiece. A covered patio holds 120.
