Venue Description
OLD: This 16th floor restaurant is located at Brickell Avenue’s Epic Hotel in downtown Miami. It offers skyline views and seating for 68 indoors. In May 2013 it debuted a renovated outdoor space and revamped food and drink menu. A complete interior space renovation including new flooring, lighting, seating, and artwork capped with a new menu was revealed in September 2013. The restaurant holds 150 for reception in its outdoor terrace space. Area 31 is named after the United Nations-designated sustainable fishing area, including the lower Atlantic, which can be viewed from the restaurant's terrace.
