On January 25, Assembly Chef’s Hall held a grand opening party to formally introduce itself as a top culinary destination for Torontonians. To kick off the evening, Mayor John Tory conducted the official ribbon cutting ceremony alongside Assembly founder Andreas Antoniou, and all the chefs of Assembly, to officially open their doors.
