OLD: In part of the 20,000-square-foot space previously occupied by FoodParc, the Eventi hotel offers a combination burger joint and fish shack with a Brighton Beach theme. Set up as a food court, it holds 50 and is adjacent to a theater space holding 75. It opened May 2012.
