Brookfield Place New York World Financial Center Winter Garden

With more than 20,000 square feet of event space, the World Financial Center offers a variety of spaces for your special event. From the magnificent Winter Garden—with its glass-enclosed, 120-foot atrium, grove of 45-foot palm trees, and grand marble staircase—to the outdoor Plaza—with breathtaking views of the Hudson River—we offer a unique venue for a memorable experience. The $250-million reconstruction begun in 2012 continues with full availability not expected until 2014. The new concept for the space will add subtantially to the retail and dining options in the area. The Winter Garden is a 10-story, glass-enclosed hall expected to be fully open fall 2013. The atrium seats 800 or holds 1,500 for receptions. The open-air plaza has views of the Hudson river and holds 1,000 for receptions.
