Butter Restaurant offers its gallery, great room, and Birch Room spaces for special events seven days a week, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The gallery is 500 square feet and can hold 20 guests comfortably for cocktails. The great room is 2,000 square feet and can hold 120 seated diners, 175 people for a buffet, or 200 for a reception. The Birch Room is 1,500 square feet and can hold 80 guests for a seated dinner, 120 for a buffet, and 175 for a reception. A built-in DJ booth in the Birch Room offers state-of-the-art sound, and Butter accommodates any audiovisual needs, as well as a satellite DJ booth in the great room.
