Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, Carmine's prides itself on being a family-style restaurant and a New York tradition. Dishes are prepared fresh to order, and our impressive Las Vegas site offers 28,000 square feet of dining space that accommodates as many as 800 seats in nine group-dining areas.

Large groups are our specialty. Choose from a variety of dining experiences, including a strip-view private room and a private floor that accommodates as many as 350 seated guests. We love to take the time to "wow" our guests from food to service, start to finish.

Our pre-set menus, designed with the chef's favorite items, and our competitively priced beverage packages are available in the dining room, our private rooms, and semi-private spaces. We can even bring our cuisine to you with off-site catering and delivery.
