OLD: Billy Gilroy, owner and creator of Employees Only in the West Village and Macao Trading Company in TriBeCa, has opened a new Midtown eatery, the East Side Social Club. Billy and his partners pioneered the old-school cocktail and dinner revival at his very successful "faux speakeasy" Employees Only. The East Side Social Club is his newest concept, based on the private Italian social clubs of Mulberry Street in Little Italy or Brooklyn.
