Down Town Association has a distinguished history as the oldest private club in Lower Manhattan located one block North of Wall Street. Our 45,000 square foot Clubhouse is a triumph of 19th century Romanesque Revival architecture with 11 beautiful rooms that range in size for events of up to 200 guest. We can accommodate all day meetings, trade shows, breakfasts, lunches, cocktail receptions, and dinners. We provide a full service hands on approach, with a professional event planner to assist with all aspects of your planning. We will work with you to create an event within your budget.
