OLD: On the former site of Terragusto in Roscoe Village, chef Enoch Simpson and his brother Caleb, a craftsman with a gift for woodwork, have teamed up to create Endgrain opened in June 2013. The 1,800-square-foot space features 25 industrial workshop stools at 25-seat bar.
