OLD: Executive Chef Jordan Davis will oversee the new Fish Public opened in June 2013. Located in the old 3,500-square-foot Kensington Grill space, the Kensington Park eatery comes from restaurateur Tracy Borkum. The seafood-centric space will seat 110 indoors and another 20 on its patio.
