Fusco

The former Elan and before that Veritas, this 60-seat restaurant was designed by Andrew Wilkinson Architects and serves contemporary cuisine. It opened in late June 2014. Reopened in 2011, this small and pleasantly decorated restaurant is a 65-seat hidden gem with a reputation for its extensive and impressive wine list (75,000 bottles). Chef Sam Hazen's contemporary American fare is seasonal and creative.
