OLD: Chef Gordon Ramsay made the leap to the States with a restaurant in the London NYC hotel. Modern French cuisine is served amid decorative wood panels. The dining room seats 45, as does the London’s bar. The informal Maze seats 70. Within the kitchen is a private chef’s table for eight. Three private rooms, which hold 20, 60, and 80, are available, but must be booked through the hotel.
