OLD: Opening in February 2014, Grand Tour takes over a space once occupied by a rowdy bar. As the name indicates, chef Roger Herring's menu offers a global tour of cuisine. While diners will be able to mix and match specialties from different parts of the world, Grand Tour will also offer a prix fix option focusing on the food of a single nation. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant, decorated in a modern European style, will seat 160 inside and another 80 outdoors on a seasonal patio.
