The Harold Pratt House, constructed in 1919 as one of New York’s grand Park Avenue mansions by famous architects Delano and Aldrich, features two floors and six elegant rooms connected by a winding marble staircase. These rooms include cathedral ceilings, fireplaces, original chandeliers, and hardwood floors.
The Peterson Hall features the latest in technology with a brand-new, state-of-the-art built-in LCD video wall, stage, furniture, and unparalleled audiovisual capabilities. This conference space is connected to the house by a marble hallway and can be used exclusively with its own private entrance or in combination with the Harold Pratt House.
