The restaurant, which debuted in 2011, is inside the Mondrian Soho. Chef Sam Talbot’s sustainable, 150-seat seafood restaurant is furnished with whitewashed oak flooring, crystal chandeliers, and a mirror-topped communal table. A glass-enclosed garden offers additional seating.
