OLDer: Jonathan Morr opened this casual upscale restaurant in early 2013 taking over the space once occupied buy Romera below Chelsea's Dream Hotel. The menu holds a combination of French and Japanese offerings. Think sushi and bouillabaisse. The 2,500-square-foot space is available for buyout and holds 300 or seats 130. A 250-square-foot private party room seats 25 and can hold 40 for reception.
