Venue Description
Conveniently located in Columbus Circle, the Museum of Arts and Design has two premier event spaces—the 7th Floor event space and the Theater. Gallery access is also possible depending on exhibition schedules. The 54,000-square-foot building with a ceramic and glass-paneled facade is available for video projections/installations on the building's exterior. Artistic projections have the ability to reach tens of thousands of New Yorkers and tourists every day in the epicenter of the city.
Memorable Moment
Netflix hosted a special screening of the documentary Virunga at MAD, with an introduction by producer Leonardo DiCaprio and former President Bill Clinton. In celebration of Mad Men’s second season, AMC projected iconic advertising images from the 1960s on the museum's 22,000 exterior ceramic tiles.

It is ideal for press launches, fashion presentations, cocktail parties, dinners, and meetings. The beautiful mid-century Theater is ideal for screenings, meetings, lectures, and more. Depending on exhibition schedules, space rental may also include access to gallery floors.
