OLD: The property reflagged and no longer a Waldorf-Astoria property. It is undergoing an $18 million renovation of its 474 guest rooms and suites, three restaurants, beach area, and common spaces with a finish slated for 2014. The property offers more than 32,000 square feet of meeting space. The largest available is the Royal Palm Ballroom, which holds 1,600 guests for reception. The Vista Room, on the lobby level, seats 400 for banquets. Also available are 25 executive meeting rooms.
