OLD: The first U.S. location in Sir Richard Branson’s collection of Virgin Limited Edition properties is Natirar, a 90-acre Rockwell Group-designed resort in the northern corner of Somerset County, New Jersey. The site, which can be accessed via seaplane, includes a 225-person event space, guest cottages, and a cooking complex. The Ninety Acres Culinary Center offers a 70-seat dining room, 34-seat expo kitchen, and glass-enclosed private room, all set inside an original carriage house. The facility also has an outdoor section, furnished with a fire pit and seating for 48.
