OLD: Livello opened in 2011 at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Hotel. Chef Joseph Elevado, known for his Asian-inspired cuisine and training under chef Nobu Matsuhisa, led the creation of a new concept for the signature restaurant and lounge. The new menu aims to fuse Italian and Asian cuisines, and a new wine program focuses on Old World selections. A private dining space seats 20.
