OLD: Perfecto Gastrobar by Spanish chef and restaurateur Oscar Manresa has opened in an industrial-chic space in Brickell. The restaurant seats about 60 people in the main dining room, as well as 20 at the bar and another 52 on its terrace. Old. The team behind Miami Beach’s Altamare, opened TIKL Raw Bar & Grill in 2012, closed it and has now opened Perfecto, a Catalan gastropub in the same downtown Miami location in June 2013. The 3,500 square foot tapas eatery, accommodates 95 guests in the dining room and an additional 40 in an outdoor garden.
