Powerhouse

The iconic Powerhouse features 30-foot-tall ceilings, dramatic floor-to-ceiling bay windows overlooking the C&O Canal, mezzanine spaces, and a smokestack that rises through the building to150 feet, towering over the Georgetown skyline. The building is located between the Georgetown Waterfront Park and the famous M Street shopping corridor. A large outdoor courtyard and trestle bridge connect the Powerhouse to M Street and the Shops at Georgetown Park.
