The stunning entry space, the Spiral Lobby features a dramatic staircase which connects six floors of gallery space. It can be used alone for intimate gatherings of up to 100 guests as well as for pre- or post- receptions before or after programming in the Theater. Adjacent to the Spiral Lobby is an arcaded 3,850 square feet Colonnade which accommodates 220 for a seated dinner or 400 for a cocktail reception. For increased flexibility and added capacity (up to 500), the Spiral Lobby and the Colonnade which is equipped with customized LED lighting, are often used in tandem. The Theater, a performance space with a stage, state-of-the-art sound and lighting and flexible seating, holds 137 theater-style, 96 cabaret-style, 80 for a reception and 60 for a seated dinner.
