On West 27th Street, near the High Line and in the heart of Chelsea’s gallery district, Skylight Modern is the latest space from event venue leaders Skylight Group. Like renting a private museum, the soaring 15,000-square-foot space is virtually column-free, and with 18-foot ceilings, it is a dramatic backdrop against which anything can be created. With a street presence ideal for branding and with Skylight Group’s high level of client and production services, Skylight Modern became an industry favorite even before it was officially open.
