OLD: Top Chef champion Kevin Sbraga’s namesake restaurant, Sbraga, opened in 2011, offering modern American fare like meat loaf with royal trumpet mushrooms and hot chocolate mousse with pistachio ice cream. Reclaimed Douglas fir wood slats and antique lighting line the homey dining room, which seats 70 for events.
