This Studio52 DC is a luxury boutique event venue and video production company located in the northeastern area of D.C., right in the heart of Ivy City. This unique venue offers 2,200 square feet and features 100-year- old reclaimed wood, a vintage 1920s factory window, changeable LED light strips, a motorized glass garage door, a built-in photo booth, 20-foot-ceilings, polished concrete floors, a kitchenette, an open floor plan, and street and garage parking.
