OLD: The team of chef Giorgio Rapicavoli and business partner Alex Casanova are opening this casual new tapas restaurant and wine bar in March 2014. Located in MiMo, the Miami Modern Architecture District, Taperia Raca serves favorites such olives marinated in citrus and salt-preserved codfish empanadas. Intimate indoor space seating no more than 16. Outdoors, a large garden area seats 40.
