The Drake Hotel
Venue Description
Built in 1890 as a railway hostel, the Drake was refurbished in the early 2000s. Sky Yard patio has been redesigned and reopened in June 2013. The space features New England boardwalk benches, bold colours, geometric patterns, and black and white stripes. The Graffiti artist Futura created a work for the patio which is available for buyout and accommodates 150 guests. The hotel's dining room seats 70, while the Underground, a basement entertainment space, holds 150.
