Old. The Flat, opened in early 2013, offers a cozy setting for apéritifs, digestifs, and other craft cocktails. The intimate lounge is designed as a bohemian-style loft featuring jewel tones. The space can hold as many as 120 offering 48 seats indoors with another 12 seats outdoors on a patio. Buyouts are accepted.
