The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton

Expected to open in 2009, the Residences will offer a restaurant, meeting rooms, a business centre, ballroom space for 600 people, and 23,000 square feet of spa and fitness facilities. The 53-storey hotel, on Wellington Street across from Roy Thomson Hall, will offer 267 guest accommodations and 153 condominiums. Architects are Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates Architects and Planner of New York with Toronto's Pederson & Steele.
