The Waterfront

Once a major West Side distribution center due to its water and rail proximity, the Waterfront still sports vestiges of that role in its interior train platform, sturdy steel girders, and 20-foot ceilings. With beautiful hardwood floors, red brick walls, and the capacity to host 1,500 guests, the Waterfront today offers its own special brand of industrial chic for events that range from fashion shows to art exhibits and holiday parties to trade shows.
