West Side Loft

The West Side Loft, owned by Jim Brady and housed in the same building as his Loft Eleven and Penthouse 15 venues, resembles a private residence with fireplaces, chandeliers and a garden room with slate floors. It’s an ideal space for mini trade shows, fashion shows, premieres, product launches and holiday parties, and is within walking distance of the Javits Center. The loft can hold 200 guests for sit-down dinners or 400 for receptions. The three spaces combined can hold 1,000 for cocktails.
