OLD: Boston’s public radio and television stations are in this 309,000-square-foot building, which features a 30- by 35-foot LED mural visible from the highway. While the building can be found in the northwest corner of Boston, it is referred to as “the Brighton facility.” The neighborhood once belonged to the now defunct Brighton municipality. Event space includes the egg-shaped 208-seat Yawkey Theater for film screenings; the 1,768-square-foot Fraser Studio, for live performance; and the 4,500-square-foot Calderwood Studio, which holds 400. The building is LEED certified.
