OLD: Opened in 2011 in the heart of the financial district, Black Moon is an elegant restaurant-lounge that can be booked for private events seven days a week. The dimly lit space can seat 60 or hold 100 for receptions and serves a menu of shareable French dishes. Sparkling black tiles and an eye-catching chandelier round out the decor.
