ip Burger is the new eatery from chef Ted Pryor (formerly of Orsay and Les Halles). The bilevel space has 36 seats upstairs with banquettes upholstered in cow-print fabrics; a blue, red, black, and white color scheme, and a tiled façade. Hereford Beef burgers, turkey, salmon, and veggie burgers are available on classic soft or whole wheat buns, English muffins—even a lettuce wrap for the carb-conscious. And for those who want to indulge, there are hand-cut Belgian fries.
