After designing jewelry and interior decor for years, Monn found his true niche in 2003 through design on a significantly larger scale, orchestrating major galas and extravaganzas for high-profile clientele including the Elad Group and the Plaza Hotel, Fendi, Tiffany and Company, the Time Warner Building, the Guggenheim, the New York Public Library, and the Metropolitan Museum’s Costume Institute. Most recently, Monn made history by transforming the exterior of the Plaza, one of New York’s most renowned landmarks, into a spectacle of pyrotechnics, pomp, and performances for the entire city to enjoy in celebration of the building’s 100th birthday.
